crystabrittany :

Yummy! Pound cake!!!

The new stain you did looks AMAZING! 5,000 times better than the old one. It looks like a much more expensive table!

That bag is gorgeous!!! My first cables were the gloves in my #1/2 for the year. Nothing like yours. Oh! I want that bag!

damn, it won't count now because my hubby did it instead - thank goodness!

I'm sure you'll quickly find something else to replace it, considering all the projects you finished last year.  Smiley

I don't think I'll be quite so productive this year Calluna  Grin swaps made up a huge chunk of last years projects & I'm on a tight budget this year so less swapping  Sad
but we're possibly moving house & if so I'll have household crafty projects to count  Smiley

I'm in! This sounds like fun! I have a personal challenge to read 52 books this year...so why not craft 50 things?! Besides...I have a ton of ideas...

I've been on a reusable shopping bag kick lately and have a bunch of material around to make some. Waiting for pay day to go get the interfacing...
Tea wallets
make-up bags
gifts
skirts (like 6 for me alone!)
cards
bookmarks

yeah...I think I'll join!

Number 6!

These took me about thirty seconds, and I did them as I was realizing that my other earring projects are missing elements.  So I made these to use up stash and make myself feel productive.

They're just base metal, wood, and some old yellow beads I inherited from a former crafter.

(apologies for the horrid photo - craft #7 is making a white box and figuring out how to photograph my work!)

I'm in! Almost a month in, but this is a perfect way to keep a list and keep me motivated to start and complete projects!  Cheesy
 Here's my list so far:

Current WIPs that I really need to complete asap.
1.   Finish knitting hat and matching scarf, with hat inspired by Metaphysical_muses Hat.  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=197572.0
2.   Complete the Lavender Bunny from rheatheylia that Im doing in Camo green and orange yarn.  http://www.rheatheylia.com/index.php?page=patterns&id=3
3.   Sew fleece Snuglet for BFF as a super belated Xmas gift. I made one for me already and its so awesome : ) http://www.sissonfamily.com/Sewingroom/images/2006projects/thesnuglet.pdf
4.   Sew at least 3 gaucho/yoga pants reworked from large T-shirts.   http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=287857.0
      http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=267421.0
5.   Finish knitting Poppy sweater from the book Yarnplay that I have been dragging around for over a yr nowsad. Lol.
6.   Finish T-shirt gift for other BFF, with freezer paper design. Lets not even say when this was originally due. Perhaps this should be #1hmm.

Projects I have the materials all selected but havent done a lick of work.
7.   Make as many as possible of Queenofdiys fabric grocery bags http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=177482.0
8.   Sew a new lunch bag in the same format as the grocery bags, just smaller.
9.   Make nice green arm warmers to go with a black sleeve sweater that I love, but dont wear often due to cold armsI now have the yarn, just need a pattern to knit or even crochet.
10.   Crochet Pinkleos Luna scarf for the spring.     http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=238536.msg2618806#msg2618806
11.   Sew some sock monkeys from Whole Box of Socks amassed in a sock buying frenzy way back last yr.
12.   Make some clothes for said monkeys. Naked monkeys trouble me.
13.   Sew tote bag for yarn projects.
14.    Make another Lavender Bunny from rheatheylia in blue tweed wool yarn.
15.   Sew more fabric birds from the free pattern at www.spoolsewing.com/blog/
I made one as a possible Xmas ornament and my mom immediately poached it. I want my own flock.
16.   Make large wooden buttons for wall art for my future craft room a la Pottery Barn. Not only are they sold out but they sold for $99. This is such a DIY project.
17.   Sew some pretty cotton skirts for the summer from the book Sew what! Skirts.
18.    Sew travel pack tissue cosies.
19.   Sew headbands with Mushters tute here http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=286732.0

Projects I dream of getting to.
20.   Sew knitting needle roll.
21.   Sew soft fabric rollers like this http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=235779.msg2582113#msg2582113
22.   Knit Sloane vest in super bulky yarn, also from Yarnplay book.
23.   Re-upholster a cute ottoman I got at the thrift store for $5.or at least sew a slip cover.
24.   Sew a pretty new wristlet purse.
25.   Sew cube pin cushion like this: http://stephaniesews.blogspot.com/2007/01/how-to-make-cube-pin-cushion.html
26.   Make more Halloween decorations: 4 Foam board Headstones, a giant spider, dead lawn flamingos, Etc, etc.
27.   Since this is the whole 2009 we are talking about, I also need to think about Halloween costumes in Oct.
28.   Make more Xmas ornaments.
