So when I start going to the community college and get one of these, I'm totally gonna do this!  They look totally simple!

A long time ago I saw the amputed finger usb stick somewhere on here, that made me want to do something like that too !!!
I have a boring usbstick so this would be perfect!!

I think I'll use polymar clay, so all I have to do is, put Al paper around the usbstick, start modeling and then pull the usb stick out and bake?

USB covers are so cute and easy to do... I'd love to make one out of polymer clay.

I still have to give her a face though

Riechan, did you just use craft glue to stick the clay cover to the stick?

yes!
Whole tutorial:
I put some Al paper around my usbstick.
Than modelled the clay, took the usbstick out of the clay, left the Al paper in the clay
put in the oven (following the baking rules of the clay)
and just smeared craft glue around my stick, put my clay-cover on it => finished ^^

Inspired by this post I made a Mickey USB from a freebie mickey I got in a cereal box.

I added the neckholder to the top as well so I don't lose him. Now the only problem is that my toddler keeps running off with him claiming he's "mine!" (insert sound clip of the seagulls from "finding Nemo" here.)
