I know this is an old idea, but someone at a craft show made ornaments from the whole can. She mashed and folded the top and bottom so they just met. The can top was the face - the hole from the pull tab was the mouth - the nose a small wood plug and she even made glasses by wrapping wire around a pencil! They were adorable and she was selling them as fast as she could pull them out of the box!

I've also seen airplanes with turning propellers, boats, cars, spiral mobile/windchimes. Hope this gives you some ideas.

It's dope, I've made six working ones in the last two days including one made from Red Bull cans, they work and put out an incredible amount of heat off of ordinary denatured alcohol.
