oh, ok! then, yeah, i'm making filler squares. for each month i'm making one square from this CAL, and one square from the ravelry CAL, is anyone else doing this?

I'm doing two of each month's Craftster squares....in 4 different color schemes...I'm trying to use the CAL as a way to ensure that I get Christmas gifts made.  So far I'm keeping up...let's see if I can maintain it!

For those of you asking about fillers, I'm not using any.  I'm just making four of each month's block.

Here's my first of four for this month:

I'm really late taking pictures of my Janurary squares but here they are....hopefully I'll have a free minute this weekend to make the Feb squares.  My squares ended up being almost 13 inches....oh well I guess...

Everybody's squares are looking great.
For my BIL's lapghan I have 1 square totally done and 2 almost done, I will probably do a few solid granny squares and call it good I can always add to it over time. I may take what I have done to his party to show him then give myself  a little more time to finish.(working 9:30pm -6:30 am then sleeping 5 days a wk doesn't give a person enough time to do anything)

Note for eveyone:::I found that on this months square RND 7 was easier to do if you write it out in sections.

Excellent squares, folks! And, good advice on Round 7, mommycrochets. That will probably make it easier for anybody.

I just printed out the March pattern. I'll be giving it a go in the next week, during my vacation.

My job may be changing next year, so I may have to test and make all of the squares over the summer. Because if it changes like I think it will, I'll have absolutely no extra time to crochet Tongue

Love all the new squares, lots of wonderful colour combinations.

I am so enjoying my first crochetalong.

Thanks for the tip craftADDchick.

Here's my first 2009 square, the Center Heart 6' square from Ravelry. (I'm doing all.) I'm also trying to hurry up and finish my 2008 afghans. Blah blah, here it is, in Caron Simply Soft Brites in Limelight and Cotton Ease in Snow:
