I knit this puppy for boyfriend for the holidays--he's a classy guy who likes purple (I like  grey), dinosaurs, and happens to look good in a scarf.  Boyfriend and I at Rockefeller center:

The boyfriend alone, with the T-rex chasing the brontosaurus on the left-hand side.

The stats:

9" wide x 6 ft long, knit in the round on size 5 with Paton's Classic wool.  All the charts are my own, and except for the bottoms, the ends are mirror images.  There's 3/4" ribbing at the bottom to prevent curling.  It's super soft, and he loves it! Kiss

I love how subtle the dinos are, they don't take away from the class of the scarf.  It's beautiful!
And you two are so precious, oh my god!

I love when someone takes something classy and incorporates a little silliness! You did an amazing job! It's fantastic! I haven't attempted the fair isle method (is it a method?) yet myself. Great job!!!

I have to agree with nofury. Deliciously classy and silly! Want one!

Excellent job. I just might show my husband (who I know will be jealous), but I'm not sure I can cast on for that right now! (And I know I"ll have to!)
