Not sure what you're looking for by way of "crafty".  We have Michaels.  We have Walmart.  Depending on what you're lookign for, you can find crafting supplies at lots of other stores too (ie-scrapbooking at Kent, lots of stuff at the many dollar stores, etc).  There's 2 huge craft shows a year.  There are a few cool specialty shops, like London Wul for spinning/felting/knitting needs.  We have some galleries and art shows.

Where are you moving from?  I find Moncton isn't as culturally rich as Halifax NS or Saint John's NL, but we have our moments.

What the last poster said, with a few additions. If you sew, we have Fabricville, a little pricey, but you can get a membership and that cuts down the price a bit. (I think there might even be two shops in town, though I have yet to find the other one.)

Check out Highfield Square for the weekend farmer's market, and there's also a craft store in there as well.

And there's a place in Dieppe (part of the Greater Moncton Area) that sells home made wool, if you knit. Super cool stuff.
