I saw a boy with a cute silk-screened tee.  It was from walmart or some other nameless box store.  The paint almost looked like melted plastic, very smooth and shiny.  What should I be using to achieve melty-plastic shiny goodness?

it is likely a plastisol solvent ink. The only way you can get that effect is if you use solvent inks and have a UV dryer.

I don't even own a hair dryer.   Smiley  Thanks for filling me in!  Sounds like it's more for the serious screen printer though.
