I have scoured this section looking for answers to my specific problem but it seems as though it may just be me and my newbie-ness that is making this waay too difficult..

I have no idea how to start it..

I know I chain 10 then make it into a loop by slip stitching..but when I get to the next step of making 24 single crochets into the ring I am soo lost..

how do you get 24 sc out of 10 ch..

I am a knitter trying to turn crocheter but I am finding it to just make my head spin..

is there any sympathetic crocheter willing to help a very newbie crocheter under their wing..

I love that scarf but have zero idea on how to start it all..

I too am totally upset that they are taking the servers down to fix things. Why can't they just let things stay broken? I don't care if I can't move due to lag or if quests are bugged. If I leave my room my mom may make me get a job.

Basically, instead of stitching into the 10 chains, you stick your hook into the giant loop made by the chains and continue as if it were a regular loop or stitch (yarn over, pull through, etc.).
