The patterns here: http://lefty-crochet-mania.blogspot.com/ Smiley

I made up the earflaps as I went so the pattern is just for the beanie. I didn't write the earflap pattern down Sad But the beanie itself is cute! Theres also a video with a tut for making it. I didn't use it though cause I found it was confusing and too fast, but it may help you lol.

that's AWESOME!  I can't believe that is your first project!  I wish my first attempt at crochet looked as good as yours does!

Since my girls actually nap (knock on wood), I am going to start trying to work off my negative feedback.  Life got hectic with their early arrival.  I apologize for the inconveniences my flaking caused.

Thanks! Well this was my first completed project. Hahaha. I've had many failed attempts that I've given up on. lol. And now for some reason I've tried making two more hats but both of them haven't turned out right Sad Oh well haha.

I'm a lefty too and you did a great job!  Like others have said, the color combo is great. Smiley  Any ideas about what you are going to make next?  I think you would have a lot of fun with amigurumi, there are some tiny ones to make that you would be able to finish quick and will give you instant gratification.  But anyways, keep up the great work, you are off to an awesome start!

Fantastic, especially for a first project! Beautiful blues!
I remember my first project - it was a doily that got frogged and then recrocheted - it was a huge mess.
Happy hooking!
