What a scrap craft project! Cheesy
I used these huge wooden beads for their heads
Scrap red flannel from a flannel nightie mom made for me years ago, scrap black felt and scrap white fleece.
A small paper clip for Mr. Claus' glasses.
Lots of yo-yos, yarn, tedious painting and some crocheting.
They're kind of wobbly, but I couldn't figure out how to get them to stand.

Comments and criticism?
And, as always, thanks for looking!

How cute!  Great job on the mini glasses.  They remind me of the old-time Santa and Mrs. Claus decorations my grandmother has.

Cute as a button!  Great job with the scraps.

If you want them to stand, maybe add a piece of plywood to the bottom, or fill the last layer with sand?

I'm not sure of the actual construction, so these are just suggestions.
