This ... is just awesome!
Very clever idea how to make goggles, now I'll just have to go hunt second stores for a purse like that, hehe, thanks ;P

a) you rock
2) it is NEVER too early to start working on *con.  in fact, starting early is like making *con come sooner!
3) word up.  Any kind of Con costuming is bit more specialized and involved than most halloween costumes... more attention to accuracy and money involved, are two ways that come immediately too mind.
d) to sum up: seriously these goggles rock.  my friend lost his on the smoking patio at *con this year and i may make him these as a replacement.

Those look so awesome. I wouldn't even know where to begin to make a pair. You have the vision. Oh, excuse the pun. It wasn't intended, and I just noticed it after I wrote it. LOL!

Thanks, craftewoman.  I would never have known where to begin to make a pair myself if I hadn't been googling tutorials the last couple of weeks, heh.  I just got lucky that I found those tins at the Dollar Tree, and that I had that old purse to cut up.
