An Old Shoe And A New Wallet ################TUTORIAL ADDED#################

sooooo.... x-mas and creativity made this:

#######NEW########TUTORIAL####################################
preparing and pattern... easy easy easy ^^


prepare the card pockets (if u want to... I WANT =) )

make a easy coin pocket

stitch the coin pocket on the 2nd lining

pockets altogether on the 2nd lining =) (put the card pockets on top of each other)


use the bias binding to finish the 2nd lining pocket part of the wallet

use bais binding for the rounded pocket

stitch pockets altogether on the LINING (2nd lining and round pocket)

stitch the front pocket on the face fabric


stitch the lining on the face fabric (underside on underside) and sew the bais binding around the wallet

I would of never thought of that!   I love the idea though.  Not only that but the plaid design on the shoes is really cool.  Thus, making a cool wallet.  Good job!

This is a great idea. I have a few pairs of shoes that are in horrid shape but I am too sentimental to throw them out.
