I had previously made one of these for my mom for Mother's Day and I've made 6 more for Christmas gifts to various family members.  (My grandmother lives with us so that is why hers has a bell... no point in having two Kitchen Angels hanging on our kitchen wall!)

If anyone is interested in the instructions, just let me know!

My craft supply philosophy I stole from a line from AVP. ''I'd rather have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.'' But, they were talking about a condom. Tongue

Alright, here are the instructions.  I found this craft online by the way.  It is not my own.  I had to use paper but I hope you get the idea.

Materials:

1 dish towel
1 dishcloth
1 potholder (square or round works best)
Ribbon

Fanfold the dish towel lengthwise (A).

Fold it in half (B) and tie off about 2-3 inches from the fold to form the head (C).

Fanfold the potholder (D) and tie it in the middle.  This will form the wings (E).

Fanfold the dishcloth (F).  Tie off each end about 1 inch in to form the hands (G).

Lay the dischcloth atop the potholder (H) and use more ribbon to tie the two pieces together (I).

Wrap the arms around the dishtowel just below where you tied off the head and tie the hands together (J).

Attach a piece of ribbon at the back to form the hanging loop (K).

Attach the Kitchen Angel poem (I usually tie it between the hands) or anything you wish to have your Angel hold.

I am your Kitchen Angel
I’ll watch over all you do,
Baking all those goodies
And snitching one or two!

And if you ever tire of me,
Or some help is what your wish is,
Just untie my little ribbons
And I’ll help you with the dishes!

And you're done!

Thanks for all the great feedback!  Cheesy

The angels are really quite beautiful.

My girlfriend loves making crafts like that and diaper cakes - she LOVES making diaper cakes, hehe.

I am going to have to point her this way.

Thanks for posting instructions!
