Kurt Vonnegut is a favorite for both me and my brother.  I copied this illustration from Slaughter-House Five for a xmas/housewarming gift.

I am just starting to try embroidery.  I copied the stiches from a book, but I don't remember their names.  For most of it, I used two strands of floss.  The fabric is a recycled sheet.
