Hello I am making my first cardigan, the pattern is at this url : http://www.naturallycaron.com/projec...rnberry_1.html

I have a question about the sleeves, it increases then says to do rows 3 and 4 again instead of repeating the previous row that has the longer chain. Do I really do rows 3 and 4 again or did they intend for me to repeat it with the longer chain even though it doesn't say that?
Thanks for any help!
