So, I made some arm warmers for my sister in law as a stocking stuffer.



As you can see the body is in stockinette stitch with two colors (specifically chosen because they are her fave, btw) and the lacing part was created using a single crochet/ half-double crochet job down the side seams and then I made an I-cord of sorts by single crochet chaining until my desired length.



There wasn't a pattern used because I couldn't find one for this particular type of arm warmer (which could also be leg warmers if one were to desire, btw) and I make shit up as I go frequently.

There's a matching "Hippie Hat" in the crochet section of the site, too.

Thanks for the compliment! Yeah, I like the color combo, too. I was at work (Micheal's) and I saw that teal yarn right next to that black yarn and it like screamed "Meg!" at me. That particular shade of blue is her exact favorite color. Surprisingly though, they turned out a little longer than I anticipated; they go a bit past my elbow but she has longer limbs than I do so it should be all good.
