I'm taking my first ceramics class and here is a plate I made with a FEROCIOUS shark jumping out  Grin

I looked at some pictures and spent lots of time sculpting it to perfection  Cheesy. Those tiny teeth where a pain in the butt.

acually, its just a thick layer of clear low fire glaze which cracks when fired because of the thickness then a blue stain is put on top and in seeps into the cracks. cool right  Grin

Me, too.  I love the shark, but the crackle glaze really sets the right "mood" for the sculpture!  Cool!
