I wanted to make a short winter jacket, so i got my patterns out and found this: http://www.voguepatterns.com/item/V8146.htm.. I decided I didn't want the bow, but eveything else was fine, so I cut up some felted wool, sewed it all up and this is what came out

Very nice! How does it fit?

Well, the fit is a bit odd. I pretty short, and this pattern had both petite and regular options, but I decided to do the regular ones as I wanted it to be longer than in the picture... and it came out REALLY short... Odd, wonder how it would have been if i did the petite. Also, the sleeves are tighter than I like, but since it's felted wool, I don't have to wear bulky sweaters under it, so it should be ok. I think the main problem was that the fabric was too stiff for this pattern. Anyway, I het someone to take pics of me wearing it and I'll post!
