So, Christmas time has come, and i've been busy making goodies for friends and family. Cheesy
This one i'm especially proud of.
I took a regular old (but new) mens white tshirt, cut the neck a bit, then i made an origami crane out of white cloth.
I made a few of the fun steps, and sewed it on to the tshirt! I wish i could say it was that easy, but it wasn't.
If you want a more details, and some instructions, look at my blog http://shannonyellow.blogspot.com/ :

and the close up, of that little crane

It is so cool that you are making one-of-a-kind wearable art for your friends and family.  I didn't have much luck with getting an origami paper crane to look good - have to give you props for making one out of fabric and putting it on a t-shirt.

This is quite possibly one of the cutest shirts I've ever seen. I suck at making paper cranes, but now I want to try harder so I can recreate this shirt! I love how it the crane fabric isn't the same white as the shirt fabric.... it really makes them stand out!

Great job!

PS. Do you know of a good website that can help teach people origami? All the ones I've tried confuse me Sad
