Here's the second paper clip ring I made.  I am giving to my sister for a birthday gift so I had to make "packaging" for it.  Plus it's good practice for me for when I get done with college anyway (the packaging design part...)  Cheesy

How did you do that with a paperclip?  The ring is gorgeous.
Well, thank you both!  To answer your questions, I ended up using about 5 or 6 paper clips.  It was hard to keep track because some of them would snap really easily when I was trying to bend them for some reason. I straightened every paper clip out flat before bending it the way I wanted.  I started with the ring shape first using two paper clips.  Here you can see what the underside of the ring looks like:

Then I took one paper clip and made a circle shape that I attached the ring part to (hope that makes sense).  Then I just started weaving and twisting the wire to make the whole thing stable and secure, adding the two beads as I went.  I hope that makes sense!  I didn't have to do much to make it look "pretty" since the paper clips are SUPER shiny to begin with and then I just made sure I chose shiny beads that reflected a lot of light and were more sheer rather than solid.  That's about it!
