My sister loves the Beatles and when I saw these color 7 inch vinyls at the record store, I knew I had to make her a purse w/ them.

a close up of the record

and pictures galore:

Here's the lining, which is an image I got from the white album online and printed onto the white material by ironing it onto freezer paper and sending it through my inkjet printer.  I was out of color ink, so the pictures had to be black and white.

 Cool

Would the ink run if it got wet? First time i've heard of doing it thru a printer.

I'm sure Ledleeaf will explain how she done it, but I buy printable fabric sheets that can be used with ink jet printers. If you get the sew on kind--- (depending on brand-- the one I use) you print then soak for a few moments carefuly then let dry, then iron it to heat set.
If you get the Iron on fabric-- you just print and let dry then iron onto fabric. I make a lot of things with them. I use both depending on project. I know Hobby Lobby sells them, as well as Wal-Mart.
