I've been busy making lots of toys for christmas this year!  All of them have bells in them so they rattle.  I made up the pattern for all of them EXCEPT the belugas .... pattern found here:http://planetjune.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4&products_id=25

I love making toys!

How did you get the bells in them to...well, make good noises? Even if I put it inside something else (such as a kinder suprise plastic egg, with holes in it) I can barely hear it.

i just wrap two bells in stuffing and put them inside.  it's a bit muffled and sounds more like a rattle than bells, but i'm happy with them!
