Both the quilt and the apron are very nice.  I love the vibrant colors in the quilt and I too have never heard of checked rick rack.  Great job ladies!

I've been destashing too, making a lot of bags that I have yet to take pictures of.  So far I've made two resusable shopping bags, a tiny lunch bag for me, have a quilt to finish quilting for a wedding, and need to finish a project linus quilt.

I've also made some bigger purses, but unfortunately, don't have pictures right now.

I'll post them when I have them.

Looking for postcards from anywhere to use for RSVP cards for my 8/2012 wedding.  Have 80/200.

I love the apron design.  I think I may try to copy your pattern and make my own.

I made a few tops from my stash.  I have a huge stash and I am really trying to thin it out a bit.  It also helps that I live alone so I can work on a project when I want to.  It is good therapy for me and keeps me from being to lonely.
Thanks for all the compliments on my quilt and apron.

I like all three of them but i think the spotty one is my favourite.
I like the neckline on it.

Nice work on the white one. It looks really sharp!

I agree!  The white one is great.

So it occurred to me rather belatedly last night that working in miniature is not the best idea when one is stash-busting.  Oh well, these were fun to make.  They're about 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch, and used up 4(?) little sheets of origami paper, pages from a half filled notebook, and some cardboard I had sitting around.  More are in the works.

Used this tutorial, if anyone is crazy enough to want to try their own: http://www.hearthandmadeblog.com/2009/04/heart-lab-meowstro.html

Okay, not much to report but I'm back to really trying to destash now!

It's a knitted then felted roses made out of red wool scraps. I'm planning on making a whole boquet out of different flowers to put in the corner of my office. I've done a couple of other projects that were mostly destash but my swap partner hasn't received yet so I can't post yet. Hopefully mid-next week I'll have a couple more little projects for here!

All right, I did a major swap package for the IYP entirely from swap! Once I post pics there, I'll post a few here too Smiley
