I have a lot of patterns/project ideas that I've collected over the years. I'm going to take the next two weeks to go through them then get to work actually doing them.

I have been too busy to spend much time on the computer lately but that doesn't mean that I haven't been destashing

This is my list of what I wanted to get done for March and the photos.   *This is going to be a hugh posting*

1. geisha doll

everything for this doll came from the stash
2. cardinal Christmas tree ornaments  (yes I am determined to make some tree ornaments each month.  I have a huge tree.)
3. lounge room curtains
4. Finish the quilt I started last month  - pics of my fabrics posted.
5. Another bunny.
6. couple of more dolls

I used a lot of my scraps of fabrics to make the legs and the dress.  The yarn I used for the hair was from my stash as well.  the only thing I bought was the braid on the dress.

I used up virtually all my purple and red fabric scraps for this doll.  I just machine stitched them together until i had a big enough pieces of fabric for what I needed.  I love the crazy quilt look.

7. Birthday card for my niece.

EXTRAS

Birthday Card for my DH
3 Christmas Cards
6 Easter Cards
3 other cards
7 Owl brooches

6 Cat pouches

2 beaded cat brooches

You must be sick of my posts by now.  The first thing that I have finished for April is my lounge room curtains.  (lots of other things in progress)

This is just one window in my lounge.  There are two windows in my lounge, both the same size.  This project used 10 metres of fabric from the stash.  I specifically bought this fabric to make lounge room curtains.  I have had this fabric for quite a while.  The receipt shows that I bought this fabric in July 2004.

Zounds!  You've been productive.  I am quite jealous of the amount of things you got done.  And so pretty, too!  I especially like the zany rainbow doll way up there.  Does she have a name?  Or do your dolls prefer to remain anonymous?

I haven't had much time to post on this thread but I have made a few things from stash.  In the last few weeks I have been knitting food.  I only used a small bit of stash yarn but I had fun knitting food.  For some strange reason I have had a great desire to knit food.  I am not sure what I will do with it but I do know a little girl who would probably like it for her play kitchen.

I finished this rug back in Feb just hadn't posted it yet.  I have plans to make more rugs a very good way to use up lots of stash.

The jelly roll cake with the stawberry came from a little booklet called Knitted Yummies from Stitchin Kitsch.  The pink cupcake  the chocolate moonpie and the swirl cookie also from Knitted Yummies.  The chocolate swiss roll is from the book Twenty to Make Knitted Cakes by Susan Penny.  The cherry pie and lemon pie donut and brown muffin came from the same book.

The waffle and the fried egg came from issue 38 march 2008 of Simply Knitting.
