I'd love to join in! I haven't felt like making very many things this past year, but have continued to squirrel away supplies. I've just gotten interested in creating again recently, so the timing couldn't be better for me. Smiley

I'd love to join this one!  The older thread for "use what you have/finish what you start" craftalong doesn't seem to be going very fast, so it'll be nice to do something similar this year.

I'm definitely at a halt on crafty projects at the moment.  I'm not allowing myself to start anything new until I finish up a bunch of the things that I need to finish, so this will be another good incentive.

Count me in!  I only started crafting last March, so I had nothing.  But that means that I was not picking about taking other peoples' unused supplies.  Now I have a ton.  Add to that the fact that I'm in the 12 Days of Christmas swap, and *had* to buy a bunch of new materials for that, and you've got one destroyed craftroom.

Yes oh yes, I would love to destash this year!

I hear ya! It's been the same for me. I was just talking about this the other day. I feel so good when I am crafting something, and yet,  never seem to make the time to do so. My twist on this is to complete one stash project for every new project. (Cause, ya know, you can't stop inspiration when it hits ya!) Ultimately, it will be one (or more!) per month. First, I have to face the music and actually go in the Craft Cave to see exactly what is stashed in there. I'm more than a little worried about that!  Shocked I'm sure I will be appalled.

Oops! I didn't mean to be taking people away from that one or anything! I honestly didn't realize there already was a similar craftalong. But I guess it works as a different craftalong since this one has a timeframe and all.

It's not 2009 yet, but I have a few days off and thought I'd get a head start on my de-stash-a-long projects!  Admitting I have a crafting addiction isn't hard, but SHOWING people how bad it is is very difficult!  Maybe sharing will seriously prompt me to "use it or lose it!"

Please note:  I'm totally cringing as I post this!

Here's my garage shop loaded down with paper crafting stuff.  I buy and hoard like mad:

Here's a pile of scrap paper that just keeps accumulating, but I can't bear to throw out!

And here are some card "elements" that I've made and haven't used up:

What really stinks is that I have a dedicated sewing room that's full of fabric.  I'm so ashamed, I doubt I'll have the nerve to post a picture of that...  at least not now.  I'll let people get over the shock of my paper stuff first!

I'm in too! I was getting fairly lonely over at the finish what you have craftalong. It's been a fairly dead thread for some time.

I don't have a ton of supplies but I have a tiny apartment and I need to get it to fit back in the areas designated for it. That and I have a ton of UFO's that are just lying around calling my name.

I don't see anything to be ashamed of. You have it all organised and it looks like you can work on crafts in there. As long as you have room to work it's great. Now my stuff is out of control and needs organising.
I bet your sewing room is just as nice and organised.
