buddadaDUbuddadaDUdududuDADA TROGDOOOOOOOOOOR!

I embroidered Trogdor. Not sure what I'm gonna do with him. For those of you not familiar with Trogdor, I suggest watching http://homestarrunner.com/sbemail58.html

I love Trogdor... now I just gotta figure out what to use him for.

Wow! That is really awesome! I love homestarrunner.com and especially Strong Bad. Soooo funny! And the Trogdor comes in the Niiiiiiiiiight!
I'm guessing you made up the pattern. Do you mind sharing it? It would be totally worth it for me to learn embroidery to do this!

Looks like he's ready to go burninate the country side!  You'll have to let us know what you decide to do with him!  He's wonderful!

I didn't really use a pattern per se, I just printed out a picture of Trogdor (which I got by hitting Printscreen while watching the animation) and then traced it onto tracing paper. This is a pretty common way to transfer designs.
You baste the tracing paper onto the fabric, and then embroider the outlines (going through the tracing paper and fabric) in backstitch. Then you go back and tear off the tracing paper. Since doing the outlines kinda perforates the tracing paper, its not hard to go back with a needle and tear it.

I found one! I also noticed that they do sell trogdor shirts from the website. I "froogled" it.

I think I am going to try and stencil a shirt for my husband's b-day.
