total newb here so sorry if this is a question asked a billion and one times. i'm trying to get things set up and wanted to make sure that i'm buying the right supplies.

can i use this

http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=203219-1373-FL-302PDQ&lpage=none

with a 250 photoflood bulb? and how far away from the screen should it be. i guess i will experiment with exposure time but if anyone has a general gauge of how long it would take that would be great to know.

thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide.

Sure you can use that bulb- but you don't have to. There are more economical and green options available. Check out my blog post on exposing screens and my screen print 101 tutorial to see how I exchanged my $10,000 exposure unit in for a $32.00 unit and got the same results! (just not at the same speed)
