that is amazing! i saw the thumbnail on the main craftster page and i was like "is that a pillow... with lettuce on it?" and sure enough!

I'm sure she will get hours of fun out of this!

As for "can kids do buttonsthat young"...well, no.  I'm sure there are some out there - my daughter literally just turned 2 in November.  She can get the lettuce off herself, can get the carrots out (and sometimes in) to their pockets.  I'm hoping that it'll sort of double as a fastener toy as she gets a little older.

By the way, thanks everyone for commenting.  It is really cool to share a project and hear what people think.  I will try to post my patterns for the veggies sometime soon...but I do have a 2 year old!
