Thank you, Mae6233 for this great pattern!!

I love this pattern because it works up fast with DCs and it has a real heel.
I did alter the pattern a bit because I wanted a smaller stocking that would look nice as an onrmament on the tree.
I chained 20 instead of 24.

Each stocking has a bell sewn to the toe.
The tags (which are hard to see in the pics) have the person's name and then 2008.
I "laminated" the tags by covering both sides with thick clear tape,
then inserted a small metal grommet.
I'm hoping these will hold up for years to come!

oh i made some of these myself i love how yours came out! i am planning to use mine as ordimants also but stuff them with chocolate coins as a surprise for my son
