Hello there, My name is Alexandra (Alex for short). I am 17-years-old from Spokane, WA. My interests are mainly in Sewing, Costuming, sculpting, Crocheting, and other crafts. I am a huge costume, and want to go into it professionally someday, making costumes for plays or movies or something. Nothing would bring me more joy *Blissful sigh*. I also make alot of Plushies, and am thinking about starting an Etsy account and selling them. God knows I have enough felt to own my own Felt store. Haha!  Roll Eyes

I am a huge fan of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Star Trek: The Original Series, Batman, Tim Burton films, and Harry Potter, and most of my projects are from/based on one of those. I also love the 1800's and the fashion from that period, such as the hoop-skirts and the corsets and the huge dresses. When I get more advanced in my sewing skills, I plan to do some heavy period-style clothing!

Currently, I am working on making every costume from Rocky Horror, (So far, I have made costumes for Frank, Riff Raff, Magenta, Columbia, and Riff's Space Suit.). I am making some Star Trek uniforms and props, such as a Phaser and Communicator. Also, I am working on some Tim Burton costumes.

Anywho, that is pretty much me in a nutshell. I was on here once before, as Quillian91, but I had just just started crafting and everything I had posted was god-awful. When I look at those pictures, I truly shudder.  Roll Eyes

So, hope to see you all around the Forum, but I'll mostly be posting in the Costume section.

Ta!
-Alex
