Of course, all your hard work paid off well! Those are absolutely gorgeous coats. You could successfully start your own childrens clothing line, or at the very least, a very lucrative pattern company. All in your spare time, of course (I know, right?). 

All of this talk of gender-specific styling, though, is making me achy-breaky. Not to ramble, but I think kids are kids and the coat looks good on him! It's not all that girly, anyhow, and the pattern is so neutral as to make it appropriately chic. Gender neutrality (at least where it effects children, baby names and children's clothing) is definitely in Vogue. In fact, when I have kids, my boys are getting dolls and aprons along with their wooden trucks.

Okay, that's enough of that.

If only I were one of these two little ones! By my calculations... You've got 5 coats now, each reversible... 10 coats for two kids? Such lucky children!

I particularly like the orange one, the pattern on the fabric is gorgeous. I think if you want to put it on your little boy, then go for it. It is a bit feminine, but hey, he's young.

I LOVE this pattern! I think the last one is my favorite! LOVE the green! You are quite talented - but I think you KNOW that! I haven't been quite brave enough to try drafting too many patterns - but I need to come up with a hoodie pattern - my daughter's new favorite thing!!
