Its hard to say, I found someone selling what they call Gore-Tex Windstopper Fleece by the yard....but if you go to the goretex.com site, it says you cannot purchase the "material" anywhere unless you are a licensed manufacturer of their products, but it doesn't mention necessarily "fleece" just Gore-tex "material"....so you might want to investigate further.

CUTE CUTE CUTE COATS!  Makes me wish I had a little girl!  Smiley

So cute!
This is exactly the kind of coat I wanted to make for both of my kids and was going to get Vegebee's and tinker with it 'till I got what I want.  If you make up a pattern, I will buy it in a minute.

has lots of technical fabrics- so maybe you can find something wind/water proof that is thinner. that was my plan anyways.

Goodness gracious, where on earth do you find the time for all of this?  These are adorable!!  I think your girlie must have a coat for every outfit now.   Wink  Sooo cute!  I feel like I need to make another coat for my youngest since the Vegbee one I made her is only made out of cottons.  I'm glad to see that you can add a layer of fleece inside to help with that issue.  Of course, I'm not brave enough to come up with my own pattern, but I'll certainly test yours out if you want.   Cheesy
