I've made a couple of these sea glass rings now, and I love them!

What do you guys think?

Thanks Smiley

Awesome!  Those are beautiful, I love making stuff out of sea glass.

I have a question, how do you keep the wire tight around the glass?  Everytime I make wire wrap jewelery I find that the wire is always a little too loose and doesn't hold the glass tight enough for my liking.

Hi Kris,

Thanks Smiley You have to crimp it at the back. Basically, just turn your piece over to the 'hidden' side, get your round-nose pliers, grasp a bit of the wire, and give it a little twist to the side. Do this with all the pieces of loose wire, and it should tighten up a treat!

That's such a good idea! I always pic up little bits of sea glass I find at the beach, but I never know what to do with it!

How beautiful! Also your photograph6y is stupendous! How did you get such clear macros? Do you have an SLR?

You could also do those little twists of the wire on the front of the piece, too for a decorative touch.

How pretty! You're photos are really great. I especially love the piece of white glass. Nicely done.
