I scored a big bag of odds and ends. This is the end result of muttzing with it last night.

Isn't it cool to turn a bunch of odds and ends into something cute!!!  It turned out great.  Those snowflakes are adorable... did you make them up yourself or use a pattern?

Crafting Pet Peeve #9:  Finding one of my stray hairs worked into one of my projects... Yes I love having a piece of me in everything I craft but I don't mean it literally Tongue

I'm sure originally I got them from a pattern, but these are the snowflakes I've made for Christmas trees and package toppers since I was 12.

The circles are a 3-chain ring, with 14 DC around, then 2 DC in each for the second row.

The snowflakes are a 3-chain ring, with 2 DC, 1 chain, 2 DC, etc. Then second row is 1 DC in space, 1 DC in next stitch, then 3 picots joined at base, repeat around.

I crocheted around with eyelash yarn. I'm really happy how it turned out. I wish I had enough of the yarn to make a hat and mittens too.
