I posted some pics of her in the craftalong but here she is with her new clothes.
She is a shy girl, and still is unnamed because she is a christmas gift for my 3 years old girl. I am sure she will have a name and a story to tell as soon as we come back from the christmas familly gathering.

Anyway, she wears some flare legs pants, a sleeveless coat and an empire top which I modified a bit: large sleeves and some elastic on the top, because she is a young one without breasts Smiley.... She seems to be rather shy, despite her wild hair. I braided teh front one in order to show her little face. I love the look of her face, she seems shy and curious. I am sure my lil one will loooove her...

Here is the star! The pics are dark because I had to wait for my girl to fall asleep to take them... not THAT easy!

she waves to say hello

she sits peacefully, even though she started to be fed up by the flash...

a last one, posing.

I still have to make her shoes or sleepers, and I have some other clothes cut to make... as well as her sister tween, but purple.... to be continued!

She's beautiful. I'm sure she'll love her. The clothes look like they will be easy for your daughter to change.

new name but same poppet... And she has her own name now!!

So here is Toute Douce, which means very soft in french, and her new pretty dress, that I just finished Smiley

She loves it, even if she thinks that wearing this kind of dress, in winter in the middle of the french Alps is pretty.... weird...

see !!

oh well, she then just sat and pretended to ignore me... waiting for me to put her back in bed with the little one who loves her so much she gave Toute Douce her pillow... a happy beginning Smiley

night night !!!

She's beautiful!

I'd never have the cahones to make a poppet out of crushed panne! (I'm assuming that's what she is. Wink)

no, it's not crushed pannel! it's more like a shiny jersey... The only material that seemed ok to make a poppet... I don't have the same material here in France that you have in USA .... and here is some poppet love ( and yes, my daughter has some eyes issues...)

see? And all that thanks to ghillie. Thank you so much to bring that to my home. It sure will help starting a new year with love and happiness. Thank you so much!
