Woot! I finished my yarn now too...it came to 112 yards plied. It is the thinnest yarn I have plied. It made worsted weight. I am envious of how nice it looks. I took it and my FO pressie and showed them off to the girls this week while doing their podcast. Check out the podcast from the craftroom at www.craftmentality.blogspot.com or on iTunes...They were wishing for both the yarn and goody. Anyways, 3 girls, one craftroom and a ton of retarded banter about crafts, tv, books, cooking and whatnot....I almost couldn't stop laughing at the beginning..te he I am such a nerd Grin. I will send out this week Untouchable...take your time with that spindle!

I finished all 4 ounces last night. That is the most fiber I've ever spun!!! I tried to Andean ply it (the only way I know how) and I couldn't do it!! It wouldn't fit on my hand. So I guess you are getting singles Thenutmeg2000!! Grin. All I have left to do is find the perfect pattern and finish up my small crafted item.

Trust me, I understand that 4 oz of Andean Ply singles is wayyy to much to fit on your hand. I did an ounce and had cramps so bad in my hands. I was cursing by the time I finished...and it looked like poop. So, I am all good with singles...I assure you.

I finished everything on Tuesday! I'm just waiting for something I've blocked to dry. Its taking a long time! Hopefully I'll be able to package it all up and take it to the post office in the next few days.

I have had so much fun with this swap...we should totally do another round!

I'm bummed, it looks like I'm only spinning 2oz afterall.  I'm trying to spin thinner yarn on my drop spindle (though there will some thick globs in the yarn, "character" I say) and it is giving me some grief.  I think until I learn how to do the wheel, it is bulkier yarn for me. Tongue  Anyways, I'll give callmeflower9 the rest of the roving which is already split down and pre drafted.

I probably won't be sending until next Saturday.  I still need to finish spinning a few more pieces, then set the twist.  That always takes a while to dry.  In the meantime I can make my small.  I think she'll like the small and I feel pretty sure she'll like the yarn.  I just hope it is enough yardage to do something cool with it.

Hi all you crazy kids!

Looks like I'll be sending tomorrow, on the due date.   Undecided  I'd planned to be done waaaaaaaay before this, but a couple of things came up!  But I'm happy with the results and hope you will be too, feverdream!   I'll be sending it priority, so hopefully it will get to you speedily.   Wink
