I went to a bead store in paris today and this is what i made:

i was first enchanted by the center piece and i built the rest off of it.

it hangs on a black velvet string.

I coulda sworn that camé was french for drug addict...

Camé is French for cameo. And yes, its also French for drugged.
Soo its "the drugged princess" cameo pendant.
