Excellent job ! I hope the owner likes it as much as I do!!!

Thank you so much littlebiskit, ineee, Bobomom, and Weeny !

ineee, I have a CKCS too! She's a 6 month old Tri Color named Stella! I truly love the breed! They're so smart, loving, and loyal. She's my dream dog, which is good considering I've been waiting 16 years to get a dog (since I was 13)!

Weeny, the owner is really happy! He initially commissioned 2 drawings. I made a mistake and started drawing the wrong dog (which was this portrait). He was so thrilled with my work that he didn't care and ordered 2 more portraits. I tried to give him a discount, because I was mortified that I made a mistake, but he wouldn't hear of it. I worked overtime to make it work and thankfully everything arrived in perfect condition. Thankfully I work pretty quickly.

That looks amazing - beautiful work!

(And Snorty approves, too - she's the beagle in my avatar).  Grin

Beautiful!  I have a LOT of respect for people able to do pastels and your level of competence certainly deserves respect!

this is beautiful!

in the little mini picture on the main page, I thought it was a photograph of a real dog!  I thought some one was showing their photography skills.

I bet my aunt and uncle would love one of these of their little Chihuahua...
