It's actually very easy: go to your local craft store, buy candle wax and wicks. Melt the wax in an old cooking pot on a low fire (some waxes can be melted in the microwave, check the packaging) Place the wick in the middle of the teacup and carefully pour in the wax. Let cool down and voila you have yourself a teacup candle!
