The owner of the salon that I go to asked me to create a picture for her salon.  The name of the place is La Testa Rossa.  In Italian this means "The Red Head".  She wanted me to say The Red Head in several different languages.  The colors in the salon are a deep red/brown, maize-ish mustard, carmel and black.  Like the names I made up? Wink  I went for a weathered Italian stucco look.

In exchange for making this for her, I get a free hair day!  Cut, color, panelling & eyebrows - value +/-$120.
My costs; poster frame, normally $50, on sale for $25; paint on sale as well, 3 for $1, used 4 colors, 5 bottles, $1.66 + my time = $26.66
Savings, $93.34 (if you want to call it that!)

The different languages in order, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Greek, Japanese & Chinese are on the same line.

The top picture is the true color.

the sign came out beautifully!!  but, uh, "la cabeza roja" does not refer to a person with red hair, that would be "pelirrojo."  in spanish, "la cabeza roja" would be more like "the red cranium" lol.
