Please someone help...  my bobbin thread knotting and going crazy under my fabric.. I have the face plate off and am trying to unscrew something to clean it but it is REALLY hard... I am thinking that maybe it is that way because I SHOULDNT take off this screw....   I have tried the tension but it goes from worse to AWFUL...

Mine was doing something similar, well it ended up being out of time so I have to have it tuned up. Call a local dealer and explain to them what it is doing and go from there.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Thread knots - wads- bunches &  nests on the underside of the fabric - This is a VERY common problem and can often be resolved easily by the user.

First of all, get out your manual, and it should tell you what parts you can, and are suppose to remove in order to clean out the bobbin area of your machine.

The dreaded thread nests are so common, that I have an entire entry on my blog devoted to explaining how and why they happen and how to solve the issue.  If you follow the step by step procedure, it will fix the problem 95% of the time.
