You are a sweetheart (and a little bit of a superhero) for even attempting to write these up during this crazy busy time of year.  Make sure you are able to get all your other crafting done too! 

I had a dream the the other night that my family was wearing all food related hats for our holiday picture next year, I totally want to make it happen - wasn't there a pattern floating around for a turkey hat a while back?

Awesome... just... awesome. I showed your pie-rets to my fella who rolled his eyes and giggled. I'm going to attempt **gulp** to replicate your work based on the pictures as I think the pumpkin pie-ret will be perfect for the fella's grandfather for Christmas. I'm not very skilled in the art of ad-libbing without a pattern, so we'll see what happens. o.o
