I don't work at being ordinary

I was searching through to see if there were any other threads like this but all the ones I've seen are from '05!

Sooo! Are there any other Craftsters in the Salisbury area? On the Eastern Shore in general? I feel like the only one now!!

I've also been looking for another Maryland Lolita or Himegyaru but that's a tad bit harder to find Cry
So I'll stick with Craftster  Wink

I used to think that anyone doing anything weird was weird I suddenly realized that anyone doing anything weird wasn't weird at all and it was the people saying they were weird that were weird

I don't know about the Loli-groups, But I am from the Eastern shore Smiley
I'm trying to get into Goth-loli n.n but people in my area are not the best to be different around.

I feel your pain! Embarrassed
I like more of the EGL style but even the goth and punk kids stand out like a sore thumb.
Gosh! Even the artsy kids stand out like a sore thumb!
But yay! Another Eastern Shore-er!

Woot! It's nice to meet you  Smiley
While the goth and punk kids stand out more, it does show they have more confidence to be different. So, if you picked Loli up,  you are totally amazing for being able to be so different!

I haven't really "picked it up"  Cry
It's not really a style I can wear without looking like a "ample young woman busting out of a jsk". So much for the childish look!
I'm more a himegyaru (princess gal) so I tend to wear a lot of pearls and my hair a bit poofy and curly and a lot of lace and skirts. Never really thought that would stand out though... but it does!

I'm one of the goth-artsy people, i didn't think i'd stand out to much either TT^TT I was mistaken as well.

But my opinion is, if it makes you happy then don't worry about the other people n.n

Hi, I'm also from the Eastern Shore. About 30 minutes north of Salisbury, I graduated from SU actually in '01

Another Eastern Shore Craftster here.  I'm a sort of gothic, quirky, belly dancer, artist and writer trying to get by in Salisbury.
