You're right:  It looks GORGEOUS!  I was the only naysayer about the pink, but I think it looks fabulous now that you've got it all sewn together!  Your baby cousin is going to love it!

Thank you!!! And thanks again for being honest about your original opinion on the pink... I didn't like it either, so I know where you were coming from... and sometimes its really tough to get real honesty because people are worried they might hurt your feelings. Smiley

I love it! I think the solid pink anchors the quilt and allows you to see all of the interesting prints. I love the pattern too!

Looks great....show us the finished product!  I always have "second thoughts" when I finish a top.....that's how quilting is!  "Next time I'll......." but by then, I am o n to something entirely different......have fun!

I think it looks great just the way it is.  In my opinion, if you took the solid pink out and used a patterned one, it would make the quilt way too busy and it wouldn't look as good as it does now.

Me too!  I think that the solid looks great.  Anything else would be too busy. I really like it as it is in the picture!
