I'm in Gulf Shores.  I just moved here back in June and I'm 7 months pregnant.

I don't really know a lot of people here, jsut the people I work with and they don't do a ton of crafting ( unless I make them haha)

Wow, I have been checking to see if other folks from were posting in this since July.  Glad to see some activity.

I'm in Prattville.  Not sure where Boaz or Florence are, but i know where Gulf Shores is.

Yeppers! Its not the Renaissance tower anymore though, its something else. Never was impressed with that place the building itself is impressive but the food (all 3 owners separately) was horrible.

Hi!

I'm moving from Baltimore to Gulf Shores Dec 21.  Any craftster hookups in the greater Mobile area?  I sew and work with polymer clay.

I live in Gulf Shores, it's not  really a crafster meetup I guess, but a friend of mine and I have regular craft days where we sit around and make stuff, watch cheesy movies, and listen to old records.  I crochet, woodburn, paint, sew ( I gotta get a machine, my old one was lost in a move) and make random objects depending on my mood and she knits, sews, paints, and crochets.  Having more girls in on it would rule, especially since I'll be on maternity leave in 2 weeks and need to fill my days up with something other than just "baby stuff" for my own sanity.
So you're totally welcome to join in if you want to Smiley  It's a good time and my husband doesn't get in the way, he just shakes his head and wonders why we like to make things "out of big knots".
