I used the tutorial for changing a man's dress shirt to a toddler dress. I used a woman sleeveless shirt so I took the collar and used that as the sleeves.


Here is some of the detail. I used a wide lattice ribbon for trim.


(I really like the pattern on the shirt. If it had been big enough It would have been mine.)
