Cute! I love ties, too. I saw in Good Housekeeping a wreath made of ties, which I'm definitely planning on making.

What a great use of ties!  I'll admit, I'm usually not a big fan of stuff made from ties because... well... they just scream "I used to be a tie!"  But this is very clever and beautifully made.  So much so, I may just be forced to copy the idea.  Tongue

I love this dress! The thrift store by my house used to sell giant bags of ties for like $1 and in my "I love wearing a tie with everything" phase I acquired quite a few. Ooooh how I'd love to make a dress like this!! Now if I can just find them... Cheesy

I really can't express how much I LOVE this dress. I want a picnic in the park dress too!  And the fact that it's 3 different patterns but still goes together, Stacy London and Clinton Kelly would approve.

i normally hate when people use ties to create dresses and skirts, but this is absolutely adorable.
i love how you mixed all the prints, and it's just an easy day dress.

great work! Grin

Can't wait for the pics with the model,
I bet this dress looks great on.

Love the lacey/crochet hem at the bottom, those little extras make it seem so much more profesh.

I would wearrrr this to a sunny picnic with a special someone, for reals.

Awesome job.
