This is my first Amigurumi!
I had lots of fun making Tom.

Here's the pattern link:

I decided Tom needed a hat too.
Here's the link to make the hat:

I think I'll make him a scarf too...

Aww I love that hat on Tom Turkey... makes him look so proper LOL

You should totally make him a scarf... are you going to make one that you just tie on him so that he can have two different looks or are you going to stitch it on permanently?

Crafting Pet Peeve #9:  Finding one of my stray hairs worked into one of my projects... Yes I love having a piece of me in everything I craft but I don't mean it literally Tongue

I made a scarf but it didn't look right on him.
I'm thinking a tie would go better with the top hat.

Anyone have a pattern for a mini tie?

This is my first Thanksgiving as a vegetarian. I wasn't bummed about not eating turkey, as I've never really fancied it. But I was bummed about not making turkey because of the tradition of it all. But then I saw this! And I got to make a "Vegetarian Turkey" So THANK YOU! Hope you like my version

Thanks! It was my first too! I think I shall make some snowman for Christmas!
Being vegetarian was a gradual thing- the thing that helped me most was a vegetarian/vegan swap I did on craftster!
I still eat fish, (pesco-vegetarian I think its called) but I'm gradually cutting that out too!
