I started with this one: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=271194.0, and used the same pattern to make these ones.

Next up, I hope to make some clutch-style purses using frames. Smiley

Thanks everyone Smiley

I get most of my supplies from a store in Toronto, called The Workroom (http://www.theworkroom.ca/).  Its awesome, and all of the fabrics they carry are great!  That's also where I get my purse frames.

Also, If anyone knows of any places online that sell purse frames for a reasonable price, let me know!

Those are fun. I love the way you worked with the design on the fabric in the first one. And the faux bois is really fun. Martha Stewart loves faux bois.

Those are so cute!  The Dick and Jane fabric is pretty much the most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life.

Oh, Oh, Oh, I actually saw that last fabric (the "wooden" fabric) on eBay a while ago. I fell in love with it, but didn't know what to use it for, so I didn't buy it. It's so cute as a purse :>

Do you know the designer of the mermaid fabric or how I could search for it? I would love to have a foux bois change purse for wooden nickles!
