Another Slide Lamp

A couple of months ago I was at my favorite thrift store and found a huge box of vintage slides for $2 (according to the dates on the back of the slides they were from 1960-1964). I had planned to make a slide lampshade with them, but it slipped my mind until I found an awesome lamp base on sale at urban outfitters for $9. So, I made my slide lampshade last night...and I really like it! Here it is;

Cool idea. It must be great when it's lit and you can look at the images on the slides, which is a bit hard to tell from a photo, unfortunately.
